A Trance-formational Year!
This year has been a year of terrific growth and development, and what has been a terrific experience for me also means I am able to offer more depth and transformation to my clients. Old patterns don't stand a chance against the very quick and easy shifts that are occurring on regular basis in my practice. Clients are experiencing profound changes in patterns that they have held since childhood, and are finding a sense of peace and a newfound zest for life in place of the old patterns. They report changes in relationships, emotional states, motivation, and sense of self. I am so happy that the learning I have done over the past year is able to affect others at such profound levels. I feel truly blessed and am so grateful to Spirit, who always leads the way.
As always, Matrix Energetics continues to grow and expand as Dr. Bartlett develops it. I am lucky to stay in close contact with Dr. Bartlett and continue to use his updated techniques as the most effective way to shift physical issues in the moment. But to assist in an even deeper way, I have learned to integrate energetic clearing and rewiring of the body's energy pathways to create balance in the overall system. In addition, emotional connections to the physical problems are proving to be quite easy to track and shift, either consciously with the client's involvement, or more subtly.

Sacred Healing
More than ever, my guides and the client's guides are profoundly present in my sessions, and I am always awed at the sacredness of the transformations that we make, whether large or small. We are, more than ever, at this time in the planet's evolution, truly special creators of our realities, and each change in ourselves is reflected globally. No change is too small, and profound permanent change is easily within reach, especially with the help of those who are all around us, willing to help if we only ask. Egyptian Alchemy
My most exciting connection in the past year has been the unearthing of the high Egyptian alchemical processes and principles that have always been a part of my healing practice. But this year, a conscious awareness developed for me as I was clearly shown a direct connection with these ancient practices that are so deeply a part of my heritage. You'll see this aspect come through more often in your sessions during the upcoming year, as I look for this knowledge to expand and permeate all of my healing work.

MESSAGES FOR THE JOURNEY
New Patterns in a New Year
Solistice or New Year's is the perfect time of year to think back over the successes of the past year. It can also be a time to reflect on the patterns that are holding us back from creating the life that we want. Becoming aware of these patterns can be difficult, but with some focus and intent, we can begin to see the patterns and see how to change them. One excellent way to do this is to use an exercise I call The Diorama.
We are all familiar with the three dimensional dioramas that we created as projects in elementary school. This is the type of three-dimensional image you want to imagine during this exercise.
Diorama Exercise

First imagine the diorama space in your mind. I usually place my image in front of me, as if I was holding it and looking at it. -
Decide on the "problem" you want to work with. For example, perhaps you have problems with money, or with a particular relationship. -
Ask the issue to appear in the diorama. Allow the image to take shape without imposing what you think it should look like. Sometimes things are not really how we perceive them, and your higher mind will give you the information that you need but may not be aware of. Not all people will "see" an image. Some may be able to "feel" something in the box. Perhaps you hear sounds or tones. Be open to receiving information in whatever way is natural for you. -
Examine what appears from all sides. Rotate the diorama. Look at it from all sides, from above and below. -
Notice what you notice. This is all simply information, there is no need to judge anything you see. -
Ask yourself, "If this pattern were more useful to me in my life, what would it need to look like?" -
Allow your higher mind to lead you. Notice what you notice. -
You may be drawn to one part of what you see or feel. If so, focus on that part, and ask it to become more useful. -

Ask if there is anything else that needs to change. Follow your intuition. Repeat the process for changing it. -
Continue until you feel finished. You can even ask, "Am I done?" Your higher mind will signal a "yes" or a "no." -
Be patient! Listen, feel, wait for the ideas to appear! -
Now, pay attention to your life and notice what is different where that issue is concerned. You will notice the effects, and sometimes they are immediate and quite amazing!
Have fun with this exercise, and create the year you've always wanted for yourself!
